Poopee Canada launched with a simple mission: to make pet waste removal in Toronto feel less like a hassle and more like a service people could actually trust — and even smile about. As a new company entering a practical but often overlooked industry, Poopee needed a brand identity and website that would stand out, feel approachable, and quickly communicate value to both residential and commercial clients.

To bring Poopee to life, we focused on building a fast-launch identity that was playful but still reliable.
Branding & Logo: We created a light-hearted logo and colour palette designed to make a sensitive service feel approachable. While developed quickly for launch, the identity established a foundation that Poopee can refine as it grows.
Tone of Voice & Copy: Messaging leaned into clarity and simplicity, with playful headlines balanced by straightforward service descriptions.
Website (Hostinger): The website was built to clearly present residential and commercial services, outline pricing, and make booking simple. A fun, friendly tone paired with practical details ensured the site was both inviting and trustworthy.
Results
Within its first three months, Poopee secured its first commercial client and began generating profit — a strong validation for the brand and service. The identity and website helped establish credibility quickly, while leaving room to refine visuals as the company expands.
